Aggregate global was founded on one principal, allow exceptional agents to do exceptional things.
We operate under a fully independent agent model, meaning we do not have any W2 freight brokers. Only independent freight agents. We do this for two reasons 1. We do not want to compete with our agents, and 2. We want to give agents the space and great runway to grow their books of business without being bogged down by big box brokerage models and politics.
Aggregate Global was created by brokers for brokers, with over a decade of industry experience we have seen it all and done it all. From warehouse work, to driving trucks, dispatching, carrier sales, cradle to grave, operations, you name it our team has done it.
Designed to give the best brokers and agents the autonomy to be better than great. We don’t believe in micro managing, call volume, or KPI’s. We believe if you can produce, no matter how you do it, its how its meant to be done.
How we Operate
Experience Freight agents are required at minimum 3 years of brokerage experience managing end to end freight solutions for any mode of transportation.
Carrier compliance and risk controls are built into every move we make, ensuring your freight gets from A-B without a single issue, less headaches for you is less headaches for us… and no one likes headaches.
