Requirements
1. Active Authority (MC# / DOT#)
Minimum 90 days active authority
Must NOT have conditional or unsatisfactory safety rating
2. Insurance Requirements
A. Auto Liability
Minimum $1,000,000
Must list “Aggregate Global” as certificate holder
B. Cargo Insurance
Minimum $100,000
No cargo exclusions for: aggregates, construction materials, palletized goods, machinery
C. General Liability
$1,000,000
3. Safety & Compliance
No major alerts in BASIC/SMS categories
No “chameleon carrier” or fraud indicators
Must comply with all FMCSA regulations
Drivers must be eligible and qualified per DOT standards
4. Equipment Standards
2010+ tractors preferred (not required)
Trailers must be clean, dry, and roadworthy
For dump/aggregate haulers: no excessive leaks or damage
For flatbeds: must carry chains, straps, tarps when required
5. Operational Requirements
GPS tracking consent (if load requires it)
Must provide updates when requested
No double brokering — zero tolerance
Must notify immediately of delays, breakdowns, or issues
